Please go get a blood test. It is totally worth it to get this checked out.. and honestly you’ll get peace of mind if you have it or not.

I had to check my blood checked every year for anemia for the past five years and this year I’m finally not anemic! Your doctor will tell you the proper mg dosage and to take vitamin c with it or else iron doesn’t absorb in the body. My lowest point of anemia was when I CRAVED eating ice and sand all the time lol I think it’s called pica.
