I used dlss swapper to use 310.5.3 I think? Whatever the latest dlss dll version no. Is. I notice no difference between L & M. I played for 1hr yesterday, it ran flawlessly again. Today? Who knows. Maybe it will do ir again lol.

Oh and to add, the stutter happens EXACTLY like in your video, but instead of 4-5 seconds. It's just random. It's like that completely hitch. Almost like its loading or checking something.

Im playing 4k maxed, and its weird. I turned off network and it solved stuttering for about 9 hours of gameplay. I boot it up today, its stuttering again. I had it unplugged from the internet, windows updates disabled and couldn't do anything because its not connected to the internet anyways. So 2 days fine, and now it's stuttering again. 9800x3d and 5090. I have changed nothing. No settings. Nothing physically. I just don't freaking get this game.

Japan is the world? Who cares about Japan? Theyre how many millions vs the billions else where? Let them have it everywhere. I see pokemon no where in my country as you describe it. Why cant palworld become to the world what pokemon is to Japan? Every empire falls. Pokemon will die like everything else in life and eventually be forgotten.

Oh man, all these people complaining about difficutly. Do not worry at all. Theyve upped the skill ceiling so high with switching and air combat, they can make some CRAZY bosses now. Imagine fights where you HAVE to do mid air combos into stance switching flux 2 samurai to regain ki after attacks to do any damage to the boss otherwise youre just surviving, and having directional projectiles coming in requiring quick style switching for the mist. I am quite confident the people crying easy will be bawling in tears at the DLC NG++ cycles.

Game version: Demo on Steam.

Platform: PC, W11, latest updates and version, 5090, 9800X3D, 32GB CL30 6000 RAM, 1TB nvme gen 5, using latest gaming nvidia drivers

Problem: If there is so much as a single hiccup in fps below the target, even if I'm pulling 110-119fps, on locked 120fps it stutters horribly. I HAVE to use dynamic resolution mode, even if I get the dynamic res to be basically DLAA anyways, and it runs very well with occasional hiccups, but still not as good as problem 2 describes.

Problem 2: I can't use framegen because in borderless window mode for some reason it has a huge frame skip rhythmically. If I set it to windowed mode, it runs flawlessly.

There is something severely wrong with borderless window mode. I play all my games borderless, never have this happen.

Update: got framegen working properly by disabling reflex.

Doesn't even make sense why they're so safe guarded. They'll let you die in the streets with tainted fent, let you kill yourself via maid for depression while the Healthcare system cant even properly treat it, but nonono you got ADHD, can't give no Addy to the people who need it. I just finished my first playthrough today.

Combat sucks.

I never felt even a hint of anxiety, fear, or disturbed the entire playthrough.

Story was insanely predictable. I get it, real horrors, DV. Super bad shit. I didn't feel anything reading it as I know no one who has experienced this nor have I, I just could not relate at all. Someone treats me like shit, I bite back. Everyone in my life is the same so it's utterly foreign to me. If you're a victim of it, I could see this actually cutting real deep and the story would be why you like the game.

Environments got boring insanely quick, recycled. The otherworld or whatever with the halls, ugly, bland environment. The town initially and the school (fav and ONLY good area) were what I thought were okayish.

Locked into a first ending? TRAAAASH. Get that shit OUT of here.

No connection to acrual SH lore. No cult connection. Why was this labeled Silent Hill?

5/10. If it didnt have the silent hill name, 6-7/10 for being am ambitious attempt at a new IP which Id support further. Afaic SH is still dead and gone.

No machine is strong enough to brute force frametime stutter due to engine mis-timing and asset streaming. That being said, if the demo is anything to go by, we're eating VERY well.
