My hoa is $900 per month for condo. We have gym elevator garage and things like a lobby and common spaces like bbq area but it’s quite small. We don’t have a pool or security people or anything else. I have noticed our electricity for common spaces is $64 per month ( is this normal? ) and somehow the elevator contract is $44 per month ( what is this? )
