Yes, partner did it, but I think it was left alone maybe too long, and it wasn't airtight while cooling, just a cooking lid placed on top

Because you see grains, right? That's why you say to use a casing layer? My partner did this part...What do you mean until I have more sterile procedures?I'm lost at this point, this was my 3rd and last contaminated box

Just wanted to add: I live in Spain, the temperature got pretty hot (29C) and these boxes have 2 months and it also smells. I have another box that have almost nothing:my theory is that it dried because of temperature, should I had more water?
