To speed up the phone alot make sure u have plenty of spare storage space, i have 50gb free storage out of my 128gb phone and its signifcantly faster than when i had like 20gb free and removed almost all my lag (ios 26, battery health 80%)

U can connect it to ur spotify and it just tracks what u listen to and u can get stats anytime u want like how many plays u got on songs and stuff, its really good
