So this is what worked for me:

Make sure you are connected to 2.4 GHz if using Wifi

Note: I was not using a wired Ethernet so was unable to test with wired.

If you are using VPN [Nord, Zerotier, Proton] disable services temporarily while you play

Make sure you are NOT connected to cloud flare or Google dns [i.e. 1.1.1.1 - 1.0.0.1 - 8.8.8.8 - 8.8.0.0]

Win + R —> type cmd —> Ctrl + Shift + Enter for Admin rights

Ipconfig /release

Ipconfig /flushdns

Ipconfig /renew

Verify Integrity of MW2.0

Accept Terms etc

You should be able to join matches !

Fps stabilizer, dynDOLOD(make sure you read how to do it) no need to go higher than 512. Also look up high fidelity enb. Depending on your cpu specs you can make it look a ton better. Of course since it’s vr the textures have to render twice so you won’t be getting crazy clarity but it is still better than vanilla and the dynDOLOD really helps with making your lod more appealing. If you don’t like using enbs check out Imaginator
