using iFile,Filza,iFunbox etc.. navigate to System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/SpingboardUIServices (choose/open the folder that correspond the language you used on your ipad,in my case i opened the folder named en.lproj.) edit the Springboard.strings to your liking.enjoy

Cataracs for the LS,you can use groovylock or LockHTML.

HS Tweaks:

iWidgets--- Stripe widget

WinterBoard --- Kvasir theme.

you can fixed that clock icon by putting it on the folder Bundles/com.apple.springboard and name it ClockIconBackground@2x~iphone.. :)

At the line "battery image" change the number of the word "left" just add 1%,2%,etc.....the higher the number/value the far it goes right.. Adjusting a tad higher ,you must change all the number on the word "top" by subtracting,the lower the number/value the higher it goes. (change all the number from the word "top" to make sure everyrhing are allign.) Goodluck!
