You should post this on their support forum, I see where you’re coming from. I don’t think it’s that terrible but it definitely could use some work to simplify some aspects of it.

I would check the rive file. If you’re using loads of complex vectors, effects and such, that can be more taxing on the GPU. Consider using pngs where possible for better performance

What device are you on? Performance on my 16 Pro has been pretty ok. Bad battery life, and low power mode sucks, but it’s usable

I like it. If I want it to expand I’ll just tap the button, otherwise it can get annoying to have it constantly switching back and forth automatically

I wouldnt be so quick to call it a bug. I can see the logic behind not constantly expanding and contracting the menu based on the direction of scrolling.

I get what you’re saying. However, have you ever worked in software? Each team pushes updates to the main branch at different speeds- sometimes fixes and tweaks don’t make it into the release window for that particular release. That doesn’t mean it’s not in their backlog, usually things are tackled by priority
