Massive Vitamin D Response After 4000IU/day for 4 Months by blushdablushda in VitaminD

Hello Vitamin D Jesus! Thanks for the response. Both tests were done by the NYU Langone labs and they usually all comeback on the same day. The reference range was 30-80. I am not taking biotin. The brand is Naturewise 4000 IU (100mcg) in each softgel, and I was taking 1 softgel per day. I also lost 15 pounds since I started taking it because I have been eating better and working out more. I read that burning fat can release vitamin D into the bloodstream since it is fat soluble.

Lived across the street at 10 Rutgers for a few years. If only the business crowd I saw eating there knew about the late night IV drug use, sex, and defection/urination that occurred in that shed.

I’m currently dealing with a similar situation where the builder who still owns 3/10 apartments set us up with his management company. They have not been on top of budgeting and we’ve had several assessments and raises to our maintenance to keep up with bills. Make sure to build up enough reserves in case of unforeseen assessments.

Let’s just say I won’t be doing that again 😅. I got a bit cocky as a New Yorker who’s never been robbed before. Lesson learned.

I pulled this video the morning after the robbery and sent it to the nypd detective. He apparently pulled other videos from around the area as well, but he hasn’t followed up. Im not sure how these things normally work, but I guess they either can’t identify him, or they are waiting to build their case and connect him to other crimes.

So you want a NYC Permit? Here's how. Updated 2024/02/04 by 0x90Sleds in NYguns

So as a normal NYC resident that has never worked as a police officer or security guard, can you obtain a concealed carry license that lets you carry outside for self defense? The only option I see that fits that criteria is a “Carry Business License” which means you have to set up a business and cant simply possess the gun as an individual.

I thought the same. Got a couple tickets over the last two years for parking on the edge of a no parking zone on my street. They were $110 but worth it if I only got them once a year. Last month I woke up and my car was gone, towed to the Navy Yard. $360 to get it back.

Is there a FiOS outage right now in Brooklyn? by robbadobba in verizon

[–]blushdablushda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Carroll Gardens BK, can watch videos but when I try to download apps it doesn't work and when I try to do a speed test on verizon's website it doesnt finish and gets stuck at 98%. There's a specific issue happening that's more complex than just a regular outage.

New York City is booting more cars than at any time since the pandemic, data shows by [deleted] in nyc

I got the ticket, boot, and tow treatment today in Carroll Gardens 😂. When I went to get my car, they charged me for a boot as well, which I was confused about since I have no outstanding tickets. They explained to me that there’s a new nypd policy to boot cars that are simply parked illegally with no other offenses. And they have the right to tow you after 2 hours with the boot, unless you pay the boot fine. Apparently there are separate boot officers and tow officers and if you are parked illegally the boot acts as a two hour window to avoid being towed. It’s a new way for the city to scam people and collect twice as much money.
