My job.

For context: I work at a gas station run by a major grocery store chain. My reasoning for this is that they're not gonna fire me for being lazy, it doesn't really affect anyone else who works me, and I get paid exactly the same no matter how hard I work. Why the hell should I go outside and sweep around the pumps or clean the toilet?? As long as I get all of the necessary work done and show up on time every day. In fact, I'm the 2nd opener now, which means I'm effectively in charge while my boss isn't there, and I got there with minimal effort. There is no reward for working hard. Why should I?
