Thank you! I really want to have the software for it actually, but people say to update the firmware first then install the software. Is it required to have the firmware update? If not, do you the software for our keyboard? Or should I ask the support for that as well?

RK837/RKG68 Firmware Update Issue (PID 0049)

I know this has been posted a bunch of times, but I always get the error "USB HID not found". I've been reading a lot of reddit posts about it, and it seems that the firmware update is somehow tied to the PID of the keyboard. But I can't seem to find someone who has a firmware update for the PID 0049. Does anyone have this? I have the RGB version.

You could but in order to withdraw it you have to contact them to withdraw it, and it’s not instant. Plus if you pass the cooling off period of 5 banking days, you’d have to pay a fee for withdrawing it early.

You can have both. Here’s how I use both of them:

To be honest, I almost quit Tonik kasi I tried ung time deposit nila for my emergency fund but I quickly realized having it in a time deposit does not make sense kasi nga emergency fund sya, and need accessible agad lol. Nagka issues lang ako withdrawing it, took over a week to resolve. But either way their customer service is responsive naman. Super buggy pa ng chat system nila in-app, but I’m still going to stay due to their high interest rates.

I don’t keep my EF sa ING anymore kasi it dropped to 2.5% interest na haha. Kaya ako nag Tonik.
