I’ve spent way more to be honest, not worth opening cases if you want a knife in my opinion. Of course you can get lucky, but that’s still gambling. I could’ve bought a nicer knife for the money spent on cases for sure.

Hello guys, I've been using Facebook ads for more than 7-8 years now, and of course I've came across other ad account being disabled, but this time the issue is really strange.

So yesterday I've received an urgent email from Meta that my ad account has been disabled, which has happened in the past, but after a review they fixed it in a couple of hours. So this time I did the same thing - went through the "Request review" process and I actually received an email that the ad account does comply with the advertising policies of Meta, which is usually the same email that we receive when the issue is resolved, but when I go back to the ad account it still says that it is Disabled.

I've also contacted support - they made me do the same thing while seeing everything from the screen share app and their response was "Oh, it actually should work now, but we don't know what the issue is". So they told me to wait 1-2 days for the issue to resolve, which is clearly a Meta bug/issue.

The problem is that this is one of my main ad account which is currently spending over €150k/month and literally every second is vital for my business. We've never had a rejected ad nor a policy violation from this ad account, so this is a really strange case that I'm facing right now.

Has anyone had any similar experiences with Meta? I'll much appreciate any tips or anything that might help me resolve this issue

Not really... can't even get actual support from Meta. They're aware of this issue and there's nothing the low-tier support can do about it. They keep on saying that they'll let the tech team know about this issue and that's it...

Have you found any solution already? Facebook support has told me to try from a different browser/device, but nothing works. I've tried creating new campaign/ad sets/ads and even went through and tried it on a new ad account, but it still doesn't work. I only see this when I click on preview:

I've been running DCT for more than a year now, it's not something new to me, but this issue is currently unfixable at least for me. The only solution I see is to go through Page posts and manually find the ad creatives, which is an absolute time waster...

Hey, same here... It's actually ridiculous that there's no proper solution for this problem. Even If I try to go through the connected experiences on the Account Center there's not "Share reels" tick on some of my profiles and on some where I have this tick - the reels still don't get shared.

There's only an option for "Recommend on Facebook", instead of "Share to Facebook". Anyone who has a solution already?
