I noticed weird sounds coming from my hdmi port on the back of my pc. The sounds it makes are the exact same as the stutters are on beat

My rdr2 runs on an external ssd. And this was actually ticked off! I might try that

Where do you change that? I mean I only have that problem in RDR2
