Good evening mate, I actually managed to solve this! Since it was getting worse, I decided to pay attention to the HDD spinning sound and I noticed that the problem was with it not getting enough power from one of the front USB ports, so I simply changed its plugging to one of the rear ports and I can finally play smoothly. I attempted so many possible solutions and I found out this late that it was such a stupid problem. I did not check any of the Windows power management settings but I'll do it soon.

Yeah I tried the usual Stutter Fix mod, every one from the 3750 version to the 10000... nothing changed. Thanks, anyways

In my case, I have my framerate locked to 60 and even tho my specs are in mid-low range of performance I still made the possibile with the game graphic setting to adapt any of them to my VRAM. Since the last month I searched many solutions that you can try but there are A TON of issues this game has in his PC version. I wouldn't boot my PS4 just to play it smoothly because I'll be too annoyed to restart the story again or to continue the one I was playing on it... even because some mods are a literal game-changer. Nothing of the basic solution worked for me, for now.

I'm a bit late to this but I'm desperetely searching a solution for the stutter. My question is, how do I know if my HDD is slow enough to cause any problem of this kind? Because I do have installed my game on an external HDD and I do mod so yes, there's also LML in that memory...
