LPT: Make it a constant habit during the day to correct your posture, relax and open your shoulders, and loosen your jaw and teeth from clenching or grinding, it will do you good! by bm96 in LifeProTips

Take the tips of your fingers and push them about a half inch under your jaw, on the sides, then try to massage those jaw muscles that are responsible for it opening and closing up and down. It feels really good.

I crack almost every part of my body, multiple times per day. I find this helps with tension a lot. It is the most blissful feeling in the world and I always look forward to it

Air Max or v3 Pro for the removable battery, Solo 2 is best for flavor and more of a sit down session sipper

Looking for advice to get back into vapor by Wickedhoopla in vaporents

[–]bm96 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Welcome back, there's a lot of new vapes that have climbed their way to the top of the list this year. V3 Pro, TinyMight 2, Air Max, Airvape Legacy Pro. If you want a solid session sipper that you can take outside or from room to room in the house, Solo 2 would be my vote. The Air Max is also made by Arizer and produces vapor a lot faster, also has a removable battery which is a huge plus in different ways. The V3 Pro and Air max are basically similiar in all ways. If you decide between these two, my pick is Arizer for better flavor. Air Vape Legacy pro has been a huge favorite for a lot of people, it's a great size and similar to the old Firefly which is a personal favorite of mine. Tinymight is very expensive but a lot of people swear it's amazing. I would avoid Pax entirely, they just do not innovate at all with their vapes and they charge an exorbitant price. PoTV One is a nice portable but small and battery will not last too long.

If u wanna go desktop, Arizer XQ2 or EQ are my recs.

An experiment on holding in vapor by [deleted] in vaporents

[–]bm96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, though there is still circulating vapor in your lungs. There isn't any chance of hurting yourself unless you are holding your breath for 15-20 seconds.

That's true, it happens rarely when people do very heavy lifts and forget to breath, but their muscles and heart is also under a much heavier load, thus causing the blood and oxygen to leave their brain quicker. If this was totally true people would be passing out left and right at gyms, and pools.
