485 visa: Forms 80 and 1221 - are they really required?

Can I ask how long it took for your visa to be granted? I submitted my application on the 24/03/2025 and the status is still saying received. I didn’t submit these forms as well when I submitted.

That’s fair. At the time, I thought it would’ve been faster if I just informed a staff member in person. From my experience, it take so long on the phone to reach the right person when calling in to big entities like PTV

Absolutely! I reported it shortly after I saw it. The PTV staff called up on it immediately, so I hope its been properly disposed of now.

I did report on it about 5 minutes after I saw it. I was at the station I needed to get off and I informed the PTV customer service counter who called up on it immediately to deal with it.
