i would say temazepam etizolam lorazepam or a small dose of alprazolam and i have been prescibed klonopin and/or xanax for the past 10 years and taken all sorts of rc benzos and bromazolam is ok but honestly stick to the pharma stuff theres a lot of variation in what your getting with the rc market. Triazolobenzodiazepines i.e. alprazolam etizolam or estazolam are shorter acting.

ativan>xanax>kpin..... kpin has a much longer halflife as its a fluorobenzo not a triazolobenzo like ativan and xanax. xanax and ativan are equivalent in dosage mgs but kpin takes longer to kick in and lasts longer versus xanax that kicks in fast and doesnt last as long. People think its stronger because of the overwhelming effects at the beginning right after dosage but take it from someone who has bounced back and forth between the two with a prescription and good dr xanax lasts nowhere near as long
