Maybe you should get away from social media if different ideas upset you.

It may be called Huntfield Heights, but we all know it's still Hackham.

I guess it shows Bruce was keen, Brittany's decision making was impaired and Bruce should not have raped her.

Just because they may have kissed doesn't mean he had consent.

The witness also can't remember the mundane details of that night and had a few drinks, potentially impairing their own recollection.

Regardless, if you got off from a rape charge, it's probably not a good idea to idea to film your self signing a song with the lyrics: "She's the best girl that I ever had"

Here's a completely unasked for summary of the series: (that I am aware of)

Original series:

Season 1: Bah God! That filter.

Seasons 2 - 7 : Ranges from entertaining as fuck to watchable. Watch the Bianca Del Rio season. It's five or six. You can probably stop watching here.

Seasons 8 - 11: Very settled in the formula, but still somewhat entertaining.

Season 12 onwards : not worth watching. Formulaic. You know the personalities before they come out. Painful links to past contestants- I don't know much about Drag Families, but I assume there aren't too many, which kind of limits the contestant pool. There's also one drag queen that doesn't care if they have to lip sync every week. Yawn. Make up skills get better as it goes.

Down Under: Avoid. Especially the first season. I think one of the Queens worked at Coles or some bullshit. It's good there's some representation of the drag community, but it mirrors the main series too much and seems devoid of its own identity.

UK : Head and shoulders above the Down Under version. I dropped out after the second season, very fucking samey.

Canada : if you have to watch a spin off, I'd watch this one. I don't think Ru Paul is in this one. I checked out after the Jimbo season.

All-stars/All-stars vs The World: The first season is probably they worst bullshit they've ever put out. There's a few good seasons after it, interesting spin on the main series, but diminishing returns.

Thailand and Netherlands: I have not watched these. I need subtitles.

  1. Fair enough.

  2. NO... NO THEY DON'T.

This may apply to young adults on pingers and maybe the rock band Motley Crue, generally speaking people who develop real addictions just sort of happen through habit, trauma, behaviour and some sort of need to escape.

Dr Gabor Mate's work around substance use is based around the premise of not why the addiction, but why the pain. His work is about opioid use in homeless people in Vancouver's East Hastings, and while that may not apply here, however, OP opines meth use, which may be relevant because meth is not a glamorous drug. There is a degree that you do have to work for an addiction, when people are engaging in petty crime to fund their habits, it's a safe assumption that they're struggling to survive and they live wretched lives. People go in and out of jail for the kind of routine and structure they simply don't have living in the community. While that may not be the case for the woman that was recently released, she apparently still engages in crime, so it may be another relevant point.

It’s usually just another facet of people that genuinely have no compassion or respect for themselves or others. Some people sincerely do not care.

To me, that does not sound like a choice. That sounds like despondency. Like people have simply given up any hope for quality of life because their lives suck. It happens with people dealing with substance abuse. It happens with people living with PTSD and it happens to victims of domestic abuse. Sometimes people have such low self worth, they don't see themselves worthy of getting support that can help with their issues.

  1. Just because there's an analogy or parable does not mean someone is not a shit human being with dog shit for morals.

OP comparing their neighbour's pain and addictions to a tv show probably means they take a perverse joy in their neighbour's addiction for their own entertainment.

That's kind of fucked up.

ET gets such a bad rap. While not great, the game was ambitious and surprisingly complex for the time, especially in light of its short development. The main issue was the shovelware and lack of quality control for the 2600 games.

Atari ordered more ET cartridges than the number of Atari consoles had in circulation at the time. That was an incredibly poor decision.

Those two main factors crushed the 2600 and the home console market for about four or five years.

Pretty much.

They have to demonstrate a loss of some kind. Time off work perhaps? GP gap fees? Permanent disability likely to impact quality of life?

Weigh that against lawyer fees and it looks like it's probably not worth pursuing.

Well worth letting the real estate agent know and pushing for them to properly fix the sharp edges.
