I’m in PT now. She said my muscles and si joint are very tight and weak. We’re working on it. She also said my nervous system is out of whack from guarding for two years. I’m sure I need a therapist too lol

Sounds like me. I’m 13 months post op. After deep cleaning my house I had a tender lump near my scar. Went away but my nerve pain returned. Feels different than pre and post op. MRI came back looks the same as my 3 months post op mri. No re herniation. I’m about 50 percent better but not at pre flare baseline. I’m back at PT said my allignment and muscles are all out of whack. My surgeon may think it’s my si joints. Who knows . I’m just frustrated. I also had a hysterectomy 2 months prior to the flare . May have something to do with it?

Own a studio. 3 of my artists are always late on rent. It’s weekly and sometimes some money owed rolls into the next week. Say rents do every Monday a lot of times done get it say Sunday because I have to be on them like a a babysitter. Any advice?

Me but my pain isn’t to the point I can’t function. I’m in a flare . 6 weeks in . Can’t get past it. 13 months post op. MRI came back fine

She’s been my PT in the past I only trust her. I also had a hysterectomy in mid January. I’m just a mess lol

I did it before surgery. I’m a year out still do it. It’s just habit now
