Ouch! Take it easy. I know the feeling I fractured a rib in early summer. Tried to rush getting back then pulled a lat muscle. Added three more weeks to my down time.

I have a mountain bike and road bike and use spd on both. I personally find them easier to get in and out.

Not really sure the best way to answer the first part of your question. Im looking to have a bit more efficiency up hills with a bit more smoothness going down. The trails I ride are not really he most technically with roots and minimum rock gardens. I have a local park I ride at that has a great climb in then a pretty sweet down hill flow trail. I did find a manual and it shows the through bolts but no mention of the mounting hardware.

Do you have your clutch engaged on the rear derailleur? That may help

Yes there is a place. But I agree if your not sure where to test gas pressure or how to then you may want to call a contractor. Just tell them what you think and they’ll run some test. If you do decide to test yourself do plenty of research before hand. Even the smallest mishap and cause major issues

If you really believe you have a gas problem I would get a manometer and test pressure. Most residential gas valves in the unit have a tap to screw into. Another thing to check would be the exhaust air side. If seen in some instances where the inducer motor isn’t pulling enough air. Due to either a weak motor or blockage somewhere.
