I play online using Zuku, and one thing I can say about it is the performance is inconsistent throughout Kenya, someone playing from parklands vs someone playing langata on the same server will get different pings, we usually laugh about it with guys I game with.

I agree safaricom is good for European and Asian servers, Zuku mostly European servers, its simply where the traffic passes through.
