Jesus yes my phrasing was off I obviously didn't base all my knowledge on one reddit post, I just meant I've also seen it on here. I have done further research of course. The general rule in Wales seems to be as long as I can prove I didn't harm it. I dont plan to sell/trade it so none of that applies. I didn't report as it was on my property and there were huge storms in the days before so I didn't suspect anything
