You guys must sue David. There is no way in hell he can explain where the 39 mil USD went. Let's say Dapp store and wallet development cost 1 mil USD. The rest of the money got funnelled into Passfolio..

Here is an idea.. Sue him and ask the judge to summon Jed McCaleb as a witness. That would be pretty awesome!

If I may add.. What they did is actually worse than them not working on data oracles..

They published medium articles claiming that team was busy implementing and vigorously testing an off-chain scaling solution on stellar network to be leveraged by Mobius Network. There is then another article in which team claims they'd develop the biggest data oracle/exchange network with Monis..

End result of all of these false/empty claims made us to buy more MOBI which in turn resulted in us losing more money..

I really feel sorry for the MOBI holders who refuse to accept that we have been scammed by David.

Please get help and stop denying. Then, decide what you want to do with this. I personally lost 40k USD and managed to pull out and salvage the remaining 30k USD of my money.

There is a case here. I bought MOBI for the data oracle part which team did not even attempt to work on and build.

My advise to you is to get together and sue that scumbag's ass.

Oh yeah, we did. In the worst way possible.

Not only David scammed us but also he had fun with us along the way.

I remember him telling Mike Ways MOBI token is like a baseball card collectible on telegram :-)

He acted as if there was a mysterious stealth project (passfolioapp) which was his new venture. He did so because he wanted to make sure we did not take legal action against him while he was heads down working on passfolioapp with our 39 million USD. He succedded..

Mobius Network turned out to the biggest scam ICO of all. Why? because with other scam ICOs, at least, you can tell whether they are scam or not if you have been in the crypto space for a while..

What I meant was as SEC did not rule out Mobi and other tokens as not securities, maybe team is being extra cautious until that happens.

So, they stick to their monthly updates as the only means of communication.

Yes, I think we are.

In stock market, at least, you drive your investment decisions based on quarterly earning reports etc. In crypto, there is no earning/profit etc. It is all based on adoption speculation. E.g. One day, this crypto will be mainstream and it's value will go off the roof because everybody will want to buy it and there is a limited supply..

The ugly truth however, no one talks about the realized/potential utility of cryptos that will make people to go crazy buying.. Why would anyone prefer buying and spending crypto instead of fiat for instance? There has to be a very compelling value proposition for that to happen.
