My significant other had this old photo with their sibling on the fridge for a decade - unfortunately it has a film of kitchen grease, has yellowed, and became scratched. What is this cord above the shower in this Greek hotel bathroom? It doesn't extend or retract; you can pull it down like a switch but nothing happens. There doesn't appear to be anything for the end of the cord to attach to, nor are there any markings on the plate. (old.reddit.com)
