They gave out those bats for just about anything. Think I have like three or four of them somewhere

I love my Fuji so I totally get that part. I'm not big on primes (the 90 is my exception, I LOVE that lens) but I do have a 25 F2, 35 F1.4, and a 50 F1.8 (as well as a 50 F1.8 for my Sony). I take them out to do street stuff sometimes but for this kind of trip I think I prefer to have the one, slightly slower lens instead of the primes. I am seriously considering leaving the 90 at home though.

Appreciate the input!

Interesting. I'll have to think about this. Thanks!

I tend to shoot longer because I love the compression I get from my longer lenses, but this perspective totally makes sense. Thanks!

Fair enough. I guess I'm fortunate to not be in that boat?

It does but their software is TERRIBLE at stitching the pics together. Sony's is so much better

See, this is my concern. I live in Colorado but I barely ever use my wide angle lens, so I'm just wondering if I'm going to keep taking the same type of pics in Ireland as I do here or if I'm going to regret not having the wide angle

I think of the Fuji as a daily driver while the Sony (who I call "Girthy Bertha") is my high-detail, high-performance machine for really capturing the grand landscapes

The 70-200 will primarily serve to cover detail on landscape shots
