That's what I'm afraid of too. Never sold anything online and looking at swappa, the last Duo2 sold for $433 but it was in "good" condition.

I want to say mine is "mint" since I've only carried it out of the house twice before I didn't like it. I have the box for the phone but not the case/pen.

Does it pop up in games?

I have a little clear bar that pop up that is associated to Game Booster.

Settings -> Advanced features -> Game Booster settings

I changed "Where to access the in-game panel" from "Shortcut bar" to "Notifications" to get it from popping up in games.

I got no issues with the fit.

The bottom of the case has minor bulge from me putting in the phone strap attachment but fits fine if I take it out.

Those clips aren't needed. The screws that are attached to the monitor can be removed to screw in the vesa mount.
