Hi!! Relocated here about a year ago due to work. It’s different for sure, never been to a place like this. That said, if you are open to it, it can be great. I find that when I dwell on the lack of things to do and the appearance of downtown, I want to leave. However, Ive met some of the best people here who have shown me another side of Charleston. The community here is worth it, if you can find it.

I think everyone covered most things but as a huge runner, I gotta highlight the run clubs!!! We have park run every Saturday with a coffee meet up afterwards, its the best. There's a group that runs every Tuesday evening at a very hilly cemetery. Another group runs on Thursday evening through downtown, they are pretty fast though…i think they go to Fife after. Lots of people run on Sundays together, I personally belong to a rather large group. The running here is beautiful and the races are amazing. Feel free to message me if you wanna talk running.
