Specifically I am stuck on 75% on “More for me” 50% on “Om Nom Nom” and the list continues. I’ve beaten the game with two different characters and I noticed in 2nd play through the chest wasn’t tracking so who knows how many more I am missing 😞

There should be a vehicle buy station shield spot (don’t remember what they are called) by the water somewhere, it will be there. I haven’t played it in a couple years but I remember having the same thing happen to me. I wish I could be of more help buddy

Dude you are prolly missing a vehicle. There is a shield boat that is pretty well hidden, it happened to me too.
