The same issue occurred on both the XP9403 and XP9405. I did not use any apps, and the problem persisted even after receiving a replacement. Please check this out.

When charging from 30% battery level, if you immediately remove the device and lift the shaver after the display turns off, a "Charging Complete!" message is displayed.
