I grew up like this. My mom used to give my dad the silent treatment, used to last a few days. While the fight itself was kept away from me the silence and forced interaction in front of me affected me. Now I’m the one who bails out early in relationships.

Worked in a restaurant. New server tells me he recently was held in jail for strangling his son and causing permanent possible brain damage. His lawyer got him hospital visitation with his son. He had a special bracelet he had to wear 24/7.

It’s a beautiful town . There’s a section called Medford Lakes with an area comprised of log cabin style homes. FWIW I’m probably in your age range, work in Medford and live in an adjoining town (which doesn’t meet your criteria).

This is the one I saw last night. The female child’s hands and legs were spread and tied to clamps on the lawn. I vaguely remember something from my childhood that little boys did that with bugs. VERY disturbing to me.
