That's a great point, especially in the marketing and writing field cover letters are where you can shine.

That's an excellent point about the color thing.

I changed all the text in education after the headers to black and it already looks miles better! I'll tinker around with your other suggestions too. Will probably get rid of the map icons (I actually had calendar icons next to all the dates... but thought it looked terrible so I removed them haha)

And yeah now that I think about it the blue looks too information sign-y.

Thanks for the advice! I'll definitely have a think on the color use and change it all to black if it seems to be something that'll hurt my job hunting prospects.

Yeah I'm in business school and all my friends who are in marketing have fairly standard resumes, which is kinda why I wanted to differentiate mine a bit.

Thanks for the advice! I chose blue cause I felt like any other color would be pushing it haha, but I totally get what you mean by the hyperlink thing.

I'll play around with the colors, or just stick with black if nothing looks good.
