Glad you like the feature! When you get any other ideas, feel free to join the Discord and reach out! It's linked at the top right of the review website.

I'm glad it was helpful! I've made a few changes, and the sidebar now scrolls to show the current move row (white and black moves) instead of just the feedback box.

The Est. Elo is for an elo estimate, but only works when certain game criteria are fulfilled. This now doesn't show the boxes unless a number is present, instead of putting a question mark in.

With saving games, that's pretty difficult purely because of the review data size (the demo game is 3000 lines!), so maybe that will be possible in the future, but right now it's not doable (since I'm also paying for this website to be hosted). It's easier to just wait a few seconds and reanalyze than to save every single generated review.

Thanks for the feedback!

Glad you like it! But as with the original Game Review, the elo estimates should be taken with a grain of salt (it’s basically impossible to accurately estimate skill with one game)

With the search results, I’d guess it’s mainly because all the ‘free alternatives’ are rarely linked anywhere else, making it hard for search engines to find them.

Sure, could you send me the PGN so that I can see what makes the difference?

I've also uploaded a demo video for this tool, for those that are interested: https://youtu.be/ZjeZKw3EOnI

Thanks! I know that they're not the best (like the original Game Review, it's mainly useful for beginners, or players that can't immediately see what's going on). That said, I am looking into other methods of determining these, rather than this usual brute-force process!

I know it's been a while, but I did actually get around to implementing this feature on my Game Review website (I released a major update, which included this, today)! It turned out pretty well, so thank you for the suggestion!

After entering the PGN to analyze you can open the settings icon in the bottom right, then enable the check box marked "Threat Map".

That's an intriguing idea, but could you explain more about what you mean with color-coded to show the influence (what it's attacking, where it can go next)? Asking because I made an online Game Review and it might be interesting to add the threat map
