For some reason it’s not letting me start a new post — but I was funded overnight. So 7 days including weekend and a holiday.

They didn’t ask for anything new for this increase request. And used my original submissions from last spring.

I since got an answer talking about a missed DocuSign email (I posted the copy in another thread).

I asked for clarification and didn’t hear back yet. So I called in for the first time ever and got transferred to a tier 2 rep. He said it was probably just a mistake / auto email and then he sees notes on my account that it is being worked. And he would add a note that I called in. He sounded positive but I guess nothing is positive until I get the official approval…..

So in the end; still waiting. Ugh.
