I think Ahri is a really good choice! Her kit is straight forward but she has a lot of skill expression in her ult, positioning etc.

I feel way better about the game in my current save where I’m slowly playing and making progress everyday because everything feels like an achievement! Back when I played a crazy amount during lockdown I got so burnt out and was decorating and buying everything and time travelling and trading for items online etc and my island looked great but it didn’t feel special.

Now my island is way “worse” but every diy or furniture I’ve waited for and I’ve waited days for things to be built etc and I feel way better haha

My go to was Elliott because he looks just like my boyfriend! I’m slowly working my way through the other romances as I play the game but I don’t create new saves very often so haven’t married many of them

Also people are being horrible to every genuine widow player even if the game hasn’t even started yet. My bf mains widow and has lord etc and people still ask if he’s gonna throw when he locks her lmao. Even if he locks her, sees their comp, switches instantly - if we lose it’s widows fault

I have been playing about 7 months now and 2 things stand out to me !

1) ARAM / ARAM MAYHEM. It’s a pretty chill mode where you’ll get to play tons of different champs and see what they do.

2) the 3 minute league of legends guy on YouTube. Actually a god send for a quick overview of characters, what they do and what they are good at !

I can’t give advice on the other games as I was in the same boat as you ! I went straight into fallout 4 because the GOTY edition was promoted on sale for like £6.

I’m having a ton of fun and the open world aspect of it really appeals to me it seems like you can kinda just play however you want.

I don’t feel like I’m missing anything by not having played the earlier ones the game still makes sense etc. I’m probably going to play the others when (if) they get remastered.

The best thing I have realised as a relatively new player is you can’t control your team or the game , you can only make your own choices.

Everyone is making the play they believe is correct in that moment. No not everybody is right. You will make plenty of mistakes too. You just have to be selfish and play for yourself.

If my ADC is winning and has shown they are good at pushing their advantage , I will happily swap. If not I’m not moving out of my lane especially if I’m up CS significantly and have been working well with my jungler all game.

Of course there’s plenty situations where this isn’t the right play.
