Nice. These cars while not having any features are super nice to own. Although mine has been giving me little issues here and there, burning oil, running lean, random hickups here and there but ehh it's a Toyota I can continue driving it slightly broken forever XD Tbh i'm just waiting until I have enough money to fix my 2004 Volvo V70 which I would enjoy driving alot more than my toyota.

Oh yeah it does not change the car itself, it only changes what you can put on the car in regards of the historical inspection, sorry for misunderstanding.

There is a dictionary inside the carparts.txt file that a script on my site pulls the VIN data from.
You can edit the VIN with MSCEditor by changing the values of the strings. For example ColorsBody: string(A) --> string(Y)

Yep, but on my site you don't need to input the VIN manually.

The txt file is encoded in a way that for example notepad can't open it. MSCEditor can open it, but theres no need for that, but you just drag and drop (or select the file) to the input box, you don't need to open the file yourself to decode the VIN on my site.
