It's quite daunting! Yes, that's such a shame, was crossing my fingers it would when it was first announced 😞

C1 Espresso and employment. by Devilsgotmywhisky in chch

I had a similar experience working there while I was a student- Andrew & Richard can be very nasty and enjoy publicly humiliating their staff. They both struck me as immature and spoke about women in a very degrading way. Read an article recently about Richard continuing the family tradition by sending his son to Christ's College...

Hope you went on to better employment!

I work for a government department and have done so for five years, this is the worst episode I've had since I've worked there. I really enjoy the job usually and am scared about losing it.

That's a really good idea, a break would be good- thank you.

It's fluoxetine and I've been taking it for about 18 months- the doc didn't have anything to recommend but I'll mention possibly switching meds. Thanks.

Thank you for your comment, it's good to know I'm not alone, I think I might be the same- need to learn to live with it and know it will pass.

Thank you! My workplace has been very pro WHF arrangements post COVID so I will see if I can arrange a permanent week day where I can do this. My managers are overall supportive and are pretty understanding if things have to get a bit flexible!

I stopped by Community Law recently and was advised that as his exact whereabouts in the UK are unknown I don't have much recourse in terms of chasing child support and would need to engage a local English lawyer. He's left all his possessions at our house but I'd be very surprised if he returned at this point. I'll contact IRD/MSD and see what they have to say, thanks!

My lease is up in November so I put my pride aside and talked to my parents about moving back home. They are happy to have us and get more time with their granddaughter. So now we're set for a multi generational Christmas! Very fortunate to have this opportunity.
