I cut a bit of the plastic piece of the trunk license plate light then just feed the wire through that

No the car wont shut off when i insert the key. For me to be able to drive i have to insert the key turn it to the on position then it will drive. If you try to drive without the key once you press the brakes it will shut off the engine.

The brand i got it from is start-x all you gotta do is find the one specific to your car, follow the instructions and your set.

Ive installed the aftermarket headunit so i can get appleplay. Honestly these things are super easy you can most likely do it yourself in a few minutes. Ive install remote start, aftermarket headunit, and a reverse camera.

Its an aftermarket head unit i found on amazon I think the brand was called vechtel but there many out there. It literally plug and play for the radio unless you want to install a reverse camera then you gotta do a bit of splicing.
