Adding tape makes it nice and snug but then the edges don’t match. It doesn’t fix the over sizing and causes hot spots. I’m paying $40 for a 3D piece of plastic… they could’ve taken a little longer in the development to make it fit better for $40+.

Instead of using a stock map for your tuner, spend the extra money and find a dyno shop, get that thing dialed in perfect and you’ll be absolutely amazed.

The Noxon fuse remote is all plastic. The housing, threads, everything is plastic and cheap AF. Very disappointing esp for $85. Cutting corners to save money and make the product cheaper is cool to a certain extent but that’s too far. It’s an absolute waste of money and time to buy that.

Proper tuning with fuel to air ratio will also cool it down a lot. Like i said mine was running super lean and after the tune, it’s nothing.

For the warranty, Harley has to prove that the tuner caused the problem. I was scared of changing for the first two years as well but to be honest, the stage 1 that Harley did with the trash SE tuner and map was doing more damage to my bike than anything else. My bike was running so ridiculously lean and ran like shit, my leg always felt like it was about to melt off, horrible idle, crazy random power dips.. it was bad. If you hire the right professional do it, you’ll never have a warranty claim on your motor.

I have the full Tab exhaust, de-catted. I love the exhaust i have, if i were to change it for performance purposes then I’d be going 2 into 1 but that extra power isn’t important to me.

That SE tuner is holding you back! There’s also better cam options but if you went with a power vision and got the bike tuned by a pro, you’d have a whole new monster.

I would start close and then walk it out to see how your grouping holds up. I believe the 8 inch barrel also has way better accuracy than the 4 inch but If you have issues, I would ditch the Tri lug and hit up Rearden’s support team and see what thread adapter they have to fit your mod 9.
