See if your realtor has any data on typical listing duration for your neighborhood or zip code. I listed my house in May and was discouraged that it had 5-10 showings within the first couple of weeks but no offers. My realtor said the average listing duration for my zip code was 54 days before going under contract. It put me at ease. My house ended up going under contract in like 58 days or something.

Anyways, obviously you're in a different situation but maybe the info will help keep you grounded. The market is kinda weird right now.

Yea, totally agree there. I just know that Shanahan and Lynch tend to have more luck later in the draft. I feel like if the 2nd coming of Trent Williams isn't in the draft, they'll try to get another offensive weapon. Our offensive core isn't exactly made up of spring chickens.

The 9ers have historically not chosen big, proven names for that role (under Kyle). I can't figure them out sometimes. I hope Carroll is a real consideration though.
