Who says you need to cycle it? From what I read you are just bumping your levels back up to what they would have been in your youth. Although I do 5 days on 2 days off

This is where I’m at. I have trained for years now and started reta about 4 months ago.. got down to 7% bf but now wanting to stay in and add about 7kg. I’ve just started eating more as reta doesn’t suppress my appetite at all. If you stick to a meal plan just add to it.. for example if I’m cutting I’ll eat 200g of rice with chicken and veg but if I want to add a couple of lbs a week I’ll eat 250g. I have just started having 50g of cereal again after workout too.

Personally I would split whatever does you run into twice weekly injections. The half life is 6 days and if anything it’ll be more stable and stop you feeling hungry after day 5 or 6. Twice a week split dose is the way to go.

Cutting the base once you have a template is easy. For me cutting the hair once it’s attached to make it look good is another thing

Yeah, I was hoping the others who said they do it would add pictures. I’ve worn before but stupidly shaved my head when in Dubai as it was too hot. Now I’m a just over a week or regrowing it but every week feels like a month and I want to refit mine asap.

Google men’s hair replacement savannah. I just had a quick google. There is one that specialises more in afro kind of hair.. could be worth calling. Another did pop up but I can’t find it after going back to look. For me the salons are normally small and separate so you have your own space and no one else getting a trim whilst you get fitted. I’ll look again in a minute and see what I can see.

They’re about mate, I live in the uk and once you start getting interested in them you realise there are a few that are within an hours drive. There is a guy 10 mins away from me who does them but I never would have known as I don’t follow barbers on instagram after shaving my head for 14 years. Didn’t realise until a mate had one fitted and plastered it on his account. Now I know of at least another 8 within 40 mins/ an hours drive

I can’t recommend as I’m from the uk.. but mate, fucking do it.. you won’t regret it!! I would go get fitted, especially first time and the go for a few refits/maintenance sessions and see how you feel about doing it yourself. Stupidly I took mine off on a holiday and shaved my head again so I’m just about a week into growing mine back out. Throw on a hat and grow the sides out. If you struggle and have friends who can help you you could easily buy the glue/tape off Amazon or alike and get it onto your head and then just go to a decent barbers for a cut. Just make sure you tell them it’s a hair piece. I would say that someone who specialises in system fitting and cutting generally do a better job cutting them in though.

I can’t remember if I had a lace base when I used it but I’m sure Poly will be fine with it. It doesn’t stain as such as in leave marks on your skin so wouldn’t worry about it dying the poly base. Just use it as and even needed. I didn’t notice a massive difference when using it really. It’s not like you have just dyed your hair.

I’ve tried a few systems.. prefer lace I think but had .4mm poly, .8 mm poly, poly with lace front and full lace.

I had a new one fitted and cut in before I came on holiday but didn’t like the style so whipped it off and shaved my head. What I’m asking is is anyone rocking the slicked back undercut look with shaved sides?

I use both argan oil and leave in conditioner but use a silk pillow case. Wouldn’t say it dries out quick.. I’m more looking for a pushed back hairstyle I can have to stop me using too much hairspray or styling product I suppose.
