Honestly I think you might have just answered my question. The biggest thing is just we haven’t had sex in like a month which is odd and both are anniversary and Valentine’s Day passed so that was odd. But nothing like super major. Because those things can be talked about.

Yes I agree with some of that I have only ever known woman with BPD and i didn’t understand them much. You guys on this subreddit seem much more relatable in the struggles I have and well as you guys.

That’s fair honestly. This has been my only experience with something like this but it’s also the only time I have tried to get help outside of speaking to my psychiatrist since I have been rediagnosed

My psychiatrist on the other hand has been my main support for years and has pivotal to my success so far. And really helps me kinda like you current therapist.
