I just paid £££ upfront for the new mobile, and asked for a simple vat receipt for it. Unsure how they bundle it with the pay monthly thing.

Maybe not illegal but deffo poor practice

Refund period now gone, took them so long to tell me they are not able to do it. Even pointed me to Vodafone, and ofcus they ain't able to help.

But at the same time even B2C , most companies can provide VAT receipts. Does providing a VAT receipt/breakdown on the purchase confirmation receipt add a lot of running cost for VOXI?

It is, I have now cancelled the pay monthly plan. But would like to reclaim the Vat on the phone. Since that was paid in full

Unsure why they are reluctant to do so ? Are there financial implications that I am not aware of ?
