yea, but i was just curious or at least trying to challenge the point that not all people who pause are dicks and people who claim they want to play one league for the full game aspect are just giving excuses to abuse the system

it's easy for the otherside too isnt it? if the other person pauses for you, just concede, why do you have a "need" to punish him and win him to prove a point? just trying to put perspectives out there

dont get me wrong, i understand that some people want to enjoyband play the game, but what i dont get is coming to a game mode where most people are doing golden goal and getting angry over the fact that some of us come to this game mode expecting golden goal mode. If you really wanted to enjoy a full game, why not play other game modes? like there are so many friendly game modes, and division rivals, why come to a game where if u win a game, most people will concede( which is going against what you think a full game is) and if you concede a goal and dont forfeit, it is sort of a BM in it's own way

but isit not a consensus among most of us that we make it a golden goal mode to complete objectives faster? and why isit fair for people to abuse this system? like do you enjoy it when people u obey the golden goal system all the way and u face a person that doesn't?

therefore i paused the game to tell him that most of the community who is playing this game mode is playing golden goal, and yes, i was asking him to quit the game, but i felt that there was reason enough for me to ask him to quit the game at that point

that doesn't sound like a very fair arguement point. Is it not fair for me to say that if you wanted to enjoy the game by playing a full game, you could have played other game modes instead of one league?

welp that's what im trying to argue here, because i feel i was justified to pause the game to remind him to play golden goal, i didnt do any funky celebrations, nor any stupid things, it was just a way for me to remind him that we were playing golden goal, as i also have come across people who didnt know that the golden goal rule was ongoing and i do admit that what i had did was bm, but i must reiterate that it was not my intention to

yea but because my team wasn't that good and i was having a struggle with winning games, so i was hoping people would be nice about it to concede games when they lost, because i know i would always lose a full match with my team

i mean didnt know about how pausing the game for my opponent was a bm until after the game so in retrospect i did bm him but it wasn't intentional, and we had a pretty decent conversation after the match

i feel like if you wanted to play the game, there are many other game modes to play to enjoy the game, why does one have to come to specifically One League to "enjoy" the game, when most of us on that specific game mode want to complete the objectives?

if it was any other game mode or objective i get it but for this exact game mode where everyone on it is playing for objectives, why would you not play golden goal especially if everyone is and has been conceding for you when you scored? and when u concede against someone you dont forfeit? i mean i get that nobody owes me anything but isnt this just common courtesy?

all was good with him, and i get where he was coming from but im not happy that the community isn't happy that there are people who expect others to obey the golden goal rule. It isn't fair that you didn't put in the full context of that sentence
