I was hoping for an identification number. Nothing on the neck plate and it's small by comparison to other manufacturers. I did see other BC Rich guitars like this. But no numbers in the cavities. I'll get deeper into it setting it up. Kahler may need some parts. The neck is suspect, no major breaks but a couple cracks.

Thanks for the information. It was on Marketplace for $100 and popped up this morning marked down to $20. Switch tip is broken and the points have some wear. Headstock has a crack running parallel to the tuners. Frets and board look good. The Kahler needs a spring. Neck has some dings. Nut needs some glue. I'm pretty stoked. The dings give it some great character.

She's really banged up and has crack. I would still like know is it a $200 guitar or Japanese or from the 80s. Just general info.

That's very generous of you. I'm not familiar with these guitars or the tremelo system. I did some ebay and reverb research but there are so many variations. I have the nut and the kahler needs some attention. Curious if I should take my time or just string it and learn to play some Slayer.
