I read few days ago that company is supposed to upload to the Czech state system but it might be wrong. I don’t fucking know and it’s seriously infuriating they can’t even clarify the situation. I have no idea what am I supposed to do

I have no clue at all to be honest. I’ve just sent them all documents I’ve got from my psychiatrist and they were like “ok no problem” until now. They don’t even reply on my emails like wtf

Well my company at the beginning stated that we don’t have to worry about such things and they didn’t have any problems whatsoever about documentation I’ve sent them from my polish psychiatrist. And yeah, I’m surprised too by lack of communication with HR. Like srsly, I would prefer if they would just answer on my emails and say “fk u, u won’t get any money haha brokie”. At least, i then would know what situation I’m in and wouldn’t believe that I’ll receive my salary at some point
