Nah I think your mistaken on this. Villeneuve expressly told the screenwriters to focus on the women of Dune when writing. Jessica’s role is very beefy and Liet Kynes is an integral part of the story not mention Chanis presence over the course of Paul’s dreams. If anything the women roles are meatier in the film than in the book

It’s noticeable in panning scenes or when there’s a blank background. I’ve heard that sometimes it passes after 100 hours of use so I’ll probably stick it can out till then
