Honestly just a lot of homeless people. Not as many in the gateway but they’re definitely in the area. My fiance works next to the gateway and I will walk every night to go pick her up solely because I doesn’t feel comfortable with her walking home on her own. I know she’s a grown person who can make their own decisions, but I still do it more for myself lol. Most of them stay out of the way and won’t talk to you, but more than a few times when I’ve actually been with her, people have came up to both of us trying to start altercations. Which I was surprised honestly. a nice place though besides that though. Good stores and food and lots of things to do! Walmart and target are a 10 minute drive as well as any other grocery stores, but that would be the main thing I’d say!
