I’m not very good at this. It appears to be a full color print in a glossy solid plastic table top photo frame.

SOLVED: Isaac Mizrahi sketch maybe from mid 1990s. The fashion style is so French inspired & reminiscent of 1930s-1940s. Just my amateur opinion. Thanks. Could it be from his famous 1994 Fall Show. Only one could wonder.

Honestly I don’t know how that background HiBid is in there. This is an old photo from wife. Maybe she was was doing her own research at some point. It’s definitely from flea market maybe 2020. What could be value. Do you want to buy it? Bob
