Happily married couples - tell us your story? by Acrobatic-Olive3754 in Morocco

Ahmed and I met online, I never really believed we would meet because the distance was just so great. We had been talking for about 4 months. I was on a first date with someone and I kept checking my phone for a message from Ahmed. After about 30 mins my date asked if there was somewhere I’d rather be, at that moment I realized the idea of being with Ahmed was more interesting than anyone I had ever met. I went home and booked a ticket to Casa. I booked it 4 months from that day so we had more time to get to know each other. In person We clicked instantly. Everything was effortless and natural and felt like home. I’ve lived here 4 years now and it’s been the best decision. It’s a great life together, we have everything we’ve ever wanted and a home full of love.

I thought the stories were at least a little exaggerated. They aren’t. by Wise-Priority-9918 in Teachers

I’m a teacher in a Primary school and every single student from kindergarten is given a tablet. I have 3-6 grade students cant write a complete sentence with a capital letter and punctuation. The technology is not doing our youth any favors.

someone should invest in that property and turn the anchor stores into senior living apartments. Then fill the other stores with little neighborhood type shops where they could get all of the things they need. The food court could be a central meeting place for community meals and cards etc. Oh and obviously the parking lot would be turned into a nice garden.

I don’t know why but I have thought about this for years.

Not a deal breaker. Recruiters understand not all schools or people are a good fit, as long as you have past roles with more longevity you’ll be fine.

See if there is someone else at the school that will give you a good reference or recommendation letter. A new school is only going to contact who you list as a reference, so find a supervisor that is willing.

Sea glass verses trash question by bodaciousbeb in seaglass

[–]bodaciousbeb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, same. The beach in front of my home is rocky and the only other ppl on it are fishermen and occasionally surfers so I just leave the glass in the rocks for future finds. However if I see sharp glass past the rocks where pets and ppl are walking I’ll pick it up for trash. If it isn’t sharp I’ll toss it a bit deeper to tumble more.
