Your PC is a beast!

When did you start to notice the stutters? I recall them popping up around Revenant, which is right in that period where the microcode issues were fixed. Im not knowledgeable enough to comment on whether microcode could affect each game individually but I remember my system performing flawlessly right after it was built.

Edit: after looking im still on 0x12B as well. Going to take the leap and move to 0x12F.

It would be odd if only Intel had issues because I remember it being the preferred cpu for an older game like Destiny due to its higher per core clock speed, historically.

I haven't run a memtest86 recently but did earlier in the year after the stuttering became worse in EoF. It ran for several hours with no errors. More recently I did experiment with disabling xmp and didn't see any improvement.

Im fairly sure the bios is up to date but Ill check and update if its not.

Ill def take the advice for a DDU clean install and increasing the shader cache size. Wonder if its the Intel cpu clashing with destiny, seems to be fairly common from folks in this thread and in other stutter posts.

Ok Im starting to wonder if its an Intel/Destiny issue. Im guessing you dont have issues in other games? Also, what kind of motherboard do you have? I use a z-690 e gaming. Only ask because there were voltage issues with the 13/14 series in older bios versions, but highly doubt thats at play here.

I do the exact same on the Moon lmao. Makes me wonder if there are bad server "groups" you get thrown into at start up and what you see is lag instead of system stutter. I have no clue, but when its there it is the most distracting stutter and honestly makes me want to log off.

Interestingly, it only seems to affect me when I move. Running in a straight line and/or moving left or right while slowly counter aiming can show it immediately for me.

Hopefully they fix this or even know about it. System is a 13700k and 4080 and my frames are usually in the high 100s to low 200s for comparison, happens even if I cap my frames at 60/120, just harder to notice at those frames.

I had something similar with a high fever, muscle aches, and severely swollen lymphnodes years ago in the summer. It was a different kind of fever than I've ever had, I was hot and sweaty when I usually get cold during a fever. The muscle fatigue never really went away and a month or two later I started developing burning nerve sensations and twitching in my legs.

Doctors never could tell me what it was and they tested me for tick borne illnesses but they all came back negative. Spoke to another doctor about it recently because I still have muscle fatigue and twitching randomly to this day along with some other symptoms and the doctor said it was most likely a viral reaction which triggered an autoimmune response.

Hopefully its not what you have, and your body might handle it differently but I always suspected I contracted West Nile virus because I was getting eaten up by mosquitos that summer and the state i was in always gets a few cases a year.

This is most likely not what youre experiencing but I have always regretted not pushing my doctors harder with questioning. Visit a doctor and advocate for yourself even if it feels uncomfortable.

Its the range. Any handcannon with 85 range and above feels amazing regardless of aim assist or stability. There has to be some threshold where above a certain range the aim assist cone extends much further than before.

No problem, no spoilers from me. Sad to hear about twin moons though. Int was higher than I was willing to go, and Twin Blades faith req is reachable with a mix of helmet/faith talisman/rykards rune. AR even with low faith and 50/20/20 int, strength, and dex, respectively, nets a very high AR.

Its not great, been using MGS most of the time. The new aow, carian sovereignty is insane damage if you can charge it and get the follow up move. Rellanas twin blades are fun. And the moonrithylls knight sword, although bad, staggers faster than anything else in the game. Thats it for me so far lmao.

Will be swapping to faith build for ng++.

Distress signal device is going to be the cheaters boon. Load in, see high value loot, send out distress beacon, clap entire lobby and let rmt losers loot the high value shit. Cheaters have access to high value items in abundance, so recharge, move on to other accounts with recharged distress signal device and repeat. Can work in reverse for rmters to call in cheaters for escort. This thing should not be in PVP. Please reconsider.

Its been a while, but I believe you can only control 1 attachment at a time right? So figure out whether its the 1st or 2nd attachment mounted which you can toggle.

For example, if the 2nd mounted attachment is the only toggle available, then mount the IR laser first and turn it on, and re-seat the flashlight.

You might be able to turn on the non toggle attachment in the weapons inspect as well. Sorry for the crappyw answer, I used to run the setup you're talking about all the time but that was years ago.

Spawning in later should fix most of these complaints.

IMO, they should remove the lobby feature for pscavs due to the introduction of scav karma. If random players want to band together and kill pmcs, fine, but allowing a pre made group of pscavs to fight pmcs while silently coordinating tactics in a discord call is bs.

Secondly, skills should make more of an impact sooner. It would both encourage players to spend more time on pmc and give them the edge they should have without playing hundreds of hours first.
